Craig Parker - City Director
Craig and Nancy Parker have served on Navigators staff since 1980. Previous assignments include the Naval Station in Norfolk, Virginia, Ramstein Air Base in Germany, Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, and the past 14 years in Boston where he led the Navigators ministry at Boston University from 2010—2016. Besides directing the city team, Craig meets with students and business professionals, and he serves incarcerated individuals at the Suffolk County Jail and the state prison in Shirley, Massachusetts. Craig is a founding board member and former chair of the Lwala Community Alliance, in Lwala, Kenya. Craig loves the idea of spiritual generations, a story that has borne fruit in his own life. Craig and Nancy have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. They worship at Highrock Church in Arlington. |
Frank Tully - Associate City Director
Frank and his wife Debbie became followers of Jesus through The Navigators at UMass/Amherst and he grew in faith alongside other Navigators while practicing law in Chicago. 30 years ago they ventured into a staff role in Sydney, Australia before returning home to help launch our Boston City Team in 2000. Frank also studied (MDiv & DMin) and taught at Gordon-Conwell's Center for Urban Ministry in Roxbury. From 2012-21 they again led ministry teams in Australia. Frank now coaches our Gospel@Work Initiative among young professionals across Greater Boston and serves on the City Leadership Team. He also promotes and sustains a network of Workplace Disciplemakers in the Northeast and across the country. Frank & Debbie are active members of Newton Covenant Church, where he serves on the Leadership Team. The Tullys are proud parents of 3 adult children and 1 granddaughter. |
