Craig Parker - City Leader
Craig and Nancy Parker have served on staff with the Navigators since 1980. Previous assignments include 3 years at the Naval Station in Norfolk, Virginia, 7 years at Ramstein Air Base in Germany, 19 years at Dartmouth College, and 9 years in Boston where he led the Navigators ministry at Boston University from 2010—2016. Besides leading the city team, Craig meets with students on campus, meets with business professionals, and he helps to lead a Bible Study at the Suffolk County Jail. Craig is a founding board member and former chair of the Lwala Community Alliance, in Lwala, Kenya. Craig loves the idea of spiritual generations, a story that has borne fruit in his own life. Craig and Nancy have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. |
Paul Carter - Operations Director
Paul met the Navigators as an undergraduate ROTC student at Bowling Green University in the early 1970's. He served in the Air Force for 20 years, including many flying hours as a back seater (Weapons System Officer) in the F-4 Phantom. Throughout his Air Force career in Germany, California and Ohio, Paul and his wife, Amy, assisted with Navigators military ministries. Following retirement, Paul and Amy joined collegiate staff at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1994 and then moved to Boston in 2003 to minister in various capacities. Paul meets with individuals to encourage them and he helps with fund-raising, financial operations, and sabbatical care for our staff team. After 44 years of marriage, Amy passed away in 2018. Paul has 4 children and 11 grandchildren. |
